How it works

When you subscribe to Healthclub, you choose how often you want deliveries (every 4 or 6 weeks) and how many products per delivery. You'll be charged when each order processes, and your subscription continues until you cancel.


Pricing

Your subscription discount depends on how many products you order per delivery:

  • 1 product: 10% off
  • 2 products: 15% off
  • 3 products: 20% off

We may adjust pricing from time to time. If we do, the new pricing applies to your next delivery automatically. You'll receive notice of any price changes before they take effect.


Shipping

Orders within the Netherlands ship same day if placed before 10pm CET. All other orders process same day and ship the next business day, or within two business days.

Shipping is free on orders over €80. Below that, standard flat-rate shipping applies.


Managing your subscription

You control everything through your customer portal on our website. You can:

  • Skip or pause deliveries
  • Change delivery frequency (4 or 6 weeks)
  • Update your delivery address
  • Modify the number of products per delivery
  • Cancel anytime

Cancellation

Cancel anytime with immediate effect, as long as it's at least 3 days before your next billing date. After that window, the order processes and your cancellation takes effect for subsequent deliveries.


Payment

We charge your payment method when each order processes. If a payment fails, we'll contact you and attempt to process it again. If we can't resolve the payment issue, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.


Subscriber perks

Long-term subscribers receive special merchandise and exclusive discounts as a thank you for sticking with us.
