Can I return a product I've opened?
You can return unopened products within 14 days. Please contact us directly if the product is damaged or faulty.
What counts as "damaged or faulty"?
Damaged packaging during shipping, products that taste off, clumping/quality issues, products not matching the description, or anything that suggests the product isn't as it should be.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping for subscribers starting at a 60 EUR minimum cart value.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates may vary, along with tariffs and/or import duties according to your country. Currently we are able to manage orders and shipping only within the EU, UK, USA & Canada.
